T's&C's FOR TREATMENTS
On initial booking via Fresha, you will be asked to confirm the booking with your card details. This must be done in order for your appointment / date to be confirmed.
Cancellation within 48 hours of booking date will result in 50% payment of the full treatment fee. Cancellation of treatment within 24 hours of booking date will require full payment of treatment. This is due to not having enough time to fill the treatment space.
T&C’s FOR WEDDING PARTIES
Once your quote has been sent to you by email and you confirm by return that you would like to book, the booking fee and signed contract will be requested to secure your booking. Previews are an additional cost, however they are highly recommended to ensure you will have the most beautiful and flawless hair and makeup for the day. The preview cost will be included in your quote. Previews are also available for other bridal party members upon request.
If you need to cancel your booking, the booking fee is non-refundable. Our bridal bookings are based on a “commitment contract” - which means what you book for is what you are committing to. If a bridal party member “drops out” this can be transferred to another wedding guest but cannot be cancelled. ‘Add ons' can only be added if the time is available or we have assistants available. Please note assistants are an additional cost. The final payment must be made prior to the wedding date (a maximum of 1 week prior and a minimum of 1 day prior). Please note we do not accept cash.
Peak Season (mid-March/April – October) we do have a minimum of a party during peak season which is 4 people. We do not accept ‘Bride Only’ bookings during peak season.
Off-Peak Season (November – February/ mid-March) we do not have a minimum during this time and do accept ‘Bride Only’ bookings.
When enquiring with us you will receive a document which includes our Wedding Day Contract with your quote and we politely ask for this to be signed and sent back via email with confirmation of your booking fee.
